  I would have written a second review for this but unfortunately google only allows one opinion per person. So I'll start w my first review, stating that they need more stock in the back bc they always run out of things constantly. And it's a simple fix, just order more of the things you run out of..
  My second review, and more "hangry" review, is that they either need completely different staff in there, or they need to train the staff they already have better. I say this bc they mess something up EVERY SINGLE TIME. Every time I go to the DD in Adams, something is always wrong! I've gotten the wrong bagel before, and today I got the wrong coffee. I asked for a brown sugar coffee and got a plain one. I know it sounds petty, but it happens every single time and I'm not the only person who says this.
  If you can't hear your customer clearly, or are unsure of what they asked for, Ask for them to repeat it! It is a lot better to ask questions, rather than to guess and let them drive away with the wrong order. Or better yet, repeat the order back to the customer like you're supposed to! (And now that I look back on it, the lady didn't even bother to give me my total without me asking.)
  Oh, and lastly, the coffee is never the right temperature. It's never hot. It's always lukewarm. Who wants lukewarm coffee ever? let alone, when it's below zero out????
  Please fix yourself Dunkin' Donuts! Bc I love you. I get breakfast from DD every morning! And today I had to have my Dad drive all the way to my house to jump start my car just so I could drive to go get breakfast, and then I came home w the wrong coffee disappointed. Any flavor would have been better than plain. But brownsugar is my favorite!!! And like I said, I get DD everyday, I'm borderline addicted. So please get it RIGHT, so that I can feel better about giving a corporate food chain my money everyday.
